Amer brings over 10 years of leadership experience in the banking sector, having served as a Branch Manager, where he successfully managed day-to-day operations, developed business strategies, and led a team to achieve consistent results. In addition, Amer has worked as a team leader and project manager with a prominent NGO, overseeing key projects aimed at community development and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes. As Chief Operations and Financial Officer (COFO), Amer is responsible for both the operational and financial strategies of the organization, ensuring effective management of resources and financial growth. He is also a registered Accounting and Mortgage Broker, further enhancing his expertise in financial services. Amer’s broad experience and leadership skills make him a key driver of the organization’s success.
